The Puppet Factory Shipping Policy

We ship via Fed-ex, United Postal Service and UPS for everything except the Puppet Stage which ships via Fed ex service only. The stage's price has extra shipping charges built into the price. It is the only item we have that incurs special charges due to its size and shape. Shipping is added automatically using our real time online shipping module that adds shipping costs before you get your final total during checkout.

The Puppet Factory Return Policy

You may return your purchase to The Puppet Factory for a full refund if you are not satisfied with our products. Please call (785) 890-7143 to arrange for returning your products. All tags must remain in place, and all original shipping materials and packing must be included. No returns will be accepted after 15 days of delivery.
